The 2% system allows taxpayers to direct, with no extra cost, 2% of their income tax due the state, to a charity of their choice.
The procedure is simple:
If you get only salary income and you are not forced by law to complete an annual declaration of income, you can complete Form 230 with your details and data of the organization who will receive the money.
If, beside your salary, last year you had other income (income from royalties, from renting a house, etc..) you must complete, as in the previous case, Form 200.
Form (230 or 200, if applicable) must be signed and submitted directly to the tax agency you belong to or referred, recommended by mail, until May 15, 2011.
Warning!
• You must not complete the amount to be paid. It will be automatically calculated as 2% of your income tax.
• You can submit a single form (230 or 200)! Through 2% you can finance a single organization!
• To pursue collection of amounts directed to us, please send us an email ar office@asur.ro with your name and the name of your Financial Administration.
